Dear Marjorie, Donna and I were very sorry to hear of Marion's passing. He was a true gentleman. When I first transferred into Flight Control in 1976, you and Marion invited us to your home. From that visit, I learned a very important lesson - it is possible to be both a gentleman and a dispatcher. I never forgot that lesson. I thank God He blessed us by bringing you and Marion into our lives. Russ Crawford on 2/5/2010 at 10:39 AM

Marion made the same impression on me that he did on everyone. He was a true gentleman and a very competent dispatcher at the same time, and this, Marjorie and family, is a very, very rare combination. When Marion came to me for weather advice, he always made me feel like an important member of the Flight Control team. Then when I transitioned into Flight Control, Marion offered me assistance and guidance whenever it was requested, and never in a patronizing way. He was, and remains, a gem of a man.
