Mrs. Myrtice L. Dixon of McDonough passed away August 29, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Dixon. Survived by her daughters, Deborah, Teresa, Sandra; step children, Julie, Donna, Tommy; grandchildren, Shana, Serena, David, Tim, Doug, Tonya, Jeff; great grandchildren, Kasin, Zach, Ike, Mikey, Avery, Zoe; sisters, Elsie, Marylene; brother, Berlin; nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Sunday August 31 at 1 PM in the chapel of Carl J. Mowell & Son. Interment will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens.

I'm so blessed that this sweet lady became a part of my life. I don't think I would have made it through law school without her always making sure I had dinner and encouraging me to chase my dreams! She was a good person and lived a good life. And her mark on the world is best seen in the wonderful family she leaves behind.
